DeOndernemerstest is registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Dutch DPA) under reference number 1320853. The Dutch DPA monitors compliance with laws concerning the use of personal details, and compliance with and application of the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP; Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens). Particular attention is paid to technological developments and consumer privacy.

DeOndernemerstest reserves the right to make changes to its Privacy Policy (this "Policy") in the event of developments in the field of, for example, technology or legislation. DeOndernemerstest's Policy is based on the WBP and the European Directive on the Protection of Personal Data (95/46/EG).
